I have come across this Sake in Singapore's SakeMaru, out of about 8 Sakes tasted that night during the Omakase session, this Yamada Nishiki version popped out. Kept a close to 2 degrees, this Sake lasts more than one month easily.
And I looked it up, and no wonder, it has won the IWC championship group that year!! What a Sake gem!
